Your privacy choices.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and Oregon (OCPA).
What this page covers
California and a growing list of states grant residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including for targeted advertising. This page is the canonical place to exercise those rights with Oltre Castings & Design, regardless of which state you live in.
What we do with personal information
Oltre Castings & Design does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We use service providers (e.g. Shopify for checkout, email tools for transactional confirmations) under contracts that restrict them to processing on our behalf — that is not a “sale” under the state statutes referenced above. We do not currently run targeted-advertising technology that would qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California CPRA.
If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information, this page will be updated and the opt-out form below will become the canonical channel.
How to opt out
To submit a privacy choice (opt-out of sale or sharing, request access, deletion, correction, or portability) under any of the state privacy laws, contact us:
- Email: privacy@oltreusa.com
- Phone: (971) 314-9530, weekdays 8 to 4 Pacific
- Mail: 1947 Claxter Rd NE, Salem, OR 97301
Include the request type (opt-out / access / deletion / correction / portability), the state you reside in, and enough identifying information for us to locate your records. We respond within forty-five days, with an additional forty-five-day extension where the law allows.
Authorized agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. Include the agent’s authorization (signed power of attorney or equivalent) with the request.
Appeals
If we deny a request, the state laws above grant you the right to appeal. To appeal, reply to our denial within thirty days. Where applicable, contact information for the state Attorney General is included in our denial notice.
