Concrete Finisher
Hand-finishing GFRC pieces to architectural spec: the work that separates Oltre from imports. Eye for surface, edge, and detail; pride in what leaves the shop.

Production-floor work (mixing, casting, demolding, and prep) building the foundation pieces the finishing team takes the rest of the way. Reliable, hands-on, ready to learn.

Oltre is a manufacturing-first business: cast stone fireplace surrounds and architectural pieces, made in Salem, Oregon, and shipped nationwide. The team spans the shop floor (production, finishing, install) and the office (customer service, operations, quoting, bookkeeping, marketing). Both sides are core to the business, and most weeks they sit at the same lunch table.
