A cast stone fireplace surround is the full frame around your firebox: two legs, a header, and a shelf, all molded to look like natural cut stone. Choosing one comes down to size, finish, and timing.

Fifteen of our sixteen models come in three standard sizes: Studio, Signature, and Grand. The Louis XV is made in one size.

Every model comes honed as standard, with travertine as a custom finish, except the Louis XV, which is finished in travertine.

Every one of our sixteen standard models has its price published on its product page, starting at $3,025. Standard shipping is free in the contiguous 48 states. We quote custom sizes, custom profiles, and volume work per project. Approved trade partners get 10% off published list on standard models. Apply for trade pricing
What is the lead time on a surround?
We make each surround to order in Salem, Oregon. Production takes six weeks from the day your order is placed and paid. Freight then takes 4 to 8 business days. Need it sooner? We can make it in three weeks for 35% above list price; that can’t be combined with the trade discount.
What sizes do the surrounds come in?
Fifteen of our sixteen models come in three standard sizes: Studio, Signature, and Grand. The Louis XV is made in one size. We cast to ±1/16" on every dimension. Send your opening dimensions with your project details, and we will confirm the fit in your proposal. Check your firebox opening
Can a model be resized or customized?
Yes. We can change the width, height, and depth of any standard model to fit your opening, and make it in a different color or finish. Bigger changes, like a new profile or a design of your own, are custom projects and take six to eight weeks once the design is approved and the order is placed. Start a project
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Curbside freight is free anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Your order ships crated by FedEx Freight (or a similar freight carrier) with liftgate delivery, and transit takes four to eight business days after it leaves our Salem shop. Remote, island or limited-access addresses may need a freight quote. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii too, by freight quote; for those or for international orders, write to us at info@oltreusa.com. Hold the finish, before you commit.

The set has all eight of our colors on 5 by 2.5 inch samples, so you can hold them up to your floors, walls and trim. Seven show our Honed finish and one shows Tuscan Light in Travertine. We ship it from Salem in two business days, and it’s free for approved trade partners.
