Our story begins in 2006, when Aleksandr Polkhovskiy started a cast stone department within Oregon Five Star Enterprises. It delivered exceptional cast stone from the very beginning and built a name on local expertise, strong design, and a reputation as the trusted source for cast stone nearby. The quality was there, and the business thrived.

In 2021, Andrew Shpiruk joined, bringing expertise in sales and marketing. He saw the strength of that product and knew it had to go beyond: beyond local, to serve the entire nation as the premier manufacturer of cast stone in the United States. So that year we founded Oltre Castings & Design, a separate company built solely for cast stone.

In 2022, as that growth picked up, Aleksandr Tretiakov joined to run production and operations, the part that turns vision into work that ships. That is how Oltre works today: experience, vision, and operations. Together, that foundational team delivers above and beyond on everything. That is our whole model.

Owner & President

Aleksandr has worked in cast stone since 2006 and sets Oltre’s standard, with twenty-five years in construction and four companies of his own behind him. He won’t ship a piece he wouldn’t put in his own home. Outside work he serves as a deacon, and his free weeks go to exploring somewhere new.

Andrew joined in 2021 and took Oltre national, bringing the sales and marketing vision that shapes the company today. He’s working toward a degree in pastoral theology, and at home he’s a husband and a dad of two. Most weekends he’s behind a camera or out fishing, camping, or hiking.

Aleksandr joined in 2022 to run production and 3D design, and he’s the reason the rendering on your quote matches the piece that shows up. Fifteen years of production behind him, plus a master’s in law and a degree in engineering. He’s a family man and a constant traveler.

Our Process.

    Design and tooling

    We draw every order in 2D and 3D, and on custom work you approve the design before we start. Molds are built in our own shop.

  2. 02

    Mix and cast

    We mix each batch to spec and wet cast it into the mold, without the rapid-set additives that can soften fine detail.

  3. 03

    Finish and seal

    Each piece comes out of the mold, is finished by hand and sealed, then checked against its spec sheet.

  4. 04

    Crate and freight

    We build a crate for each piece and ship it by FedEx Freight, free on standard models in the contiguous 48 states, with liftgate delivery to your curb.

    Install support

    Every order comes with our install guide, and we’re on the phone to help while you install.

It’s made with a GFRC premix rated at 11,000 PSI. Every piece is sealed and checked against its spec sheet before it ships.
