Oltre Castings & Design is an American cast stone manufacturer in Salem, Oregon. We design and cast fireplace surrounds, mantels, hearths, and architectural elements by hand, then ship them nationwide on a six-week lead time.
Since 2006, Oltre operated as a department of Oregon Five Star Enterprises, delivering exceptional cast stone from the very beginning. It built a name on local expertise, strong design, and a reputation as the trusted source for cast stone nearby. The quality was there, and the business thrived.
In 2021, Andrew Shpiruk joined, bringing expertise in sales and marketing. He saw the strength of that product and knew it had to go beyond: beyond local, to serve the entire nation as the premier manufacturer of cast stone in the United States. So we created a separate company built solely for cast limestone.
In 2022, as that growth picked up, Aleksandr Tretiakov joined to run production and operations, the part that turns vision into work that ships. That is how Oltre works today: experience, vision, and operations. Together, that foundational team delivers above and beyond on everything. That is our whole model.
Oltre means beyond in Italian, and that is our goal: to keep delivering beyond in our production, our customer service, and our business. So that no homeowner, designer, or builder settles for what is out there, because there is something greater.
Aleksandr started Oltre’s cast stone work in 2006 and sets its standard, with twenty-five years in construction and four companies of his own behind him. He won’t ship a piece he wouldn’t put in his own home. Outside work he serves as a deacon, and his free weeks go to exploring somewhere new.
Andrew joined in 2021 and took Oltre national, bringing the sales and marketing vision that shapes the company today. He’s working toward a degree in pastoral theology, and at home he’s a husband and a dad of two. Most weekends he’s behind a camera or out fishing, camping, or hiking.
Aleksandr joined in 2022 to run production and 3D design, and he’s the reason the rendering on your quote matches the piece that shows up. Fifteen years of production behind him, plus a master’s in law and a degree in engineering. He’s a family man and a constant traveler.
