How long does the trade application take?
Under a minute to fill out. We respond within 24 hours. Decisions come down to credentials and a real project pipeline — no long form, no negotiation, no chasing.
What credentials qualify me?
Any one of: ASID, IIDA, AIA, NCIDQ, NKBA, or IDC membership; an active business EIN; a resale certificate; a valid business website; or a referral from an existing trade partner.
How is pricing handled?
Approved trade partners get 10% off published list on every standard model. Custom and volume projects are quoted per project — model, dimensions, finish, freight, install — and built to your spec within one business day.
What does trade approval unlock?
A direct line to our team. Custom quotes built to your project, design and sizing help, physical samples when the project needs them, and priority response on active jobs and revisions. The spec library (CAD blocks, 3D files, install guides) is accessible from the form on this page — no application required to download the files.
What if my project needs a custom dimension?
Custom dimensions are available on request through your account rep. Lead time may stretch past six weeks for non-stock specs. Custom orders are non-returnable; standard models carry a 14-day return window with a 25% restocking fee.
