Stillwater Vista — 2026 Street of Dreams
About the install.
A Verona surround in Natural Stone anchors the great room at Stillwater Vista — TimberRidge Development's entry in the 2026 Street of Dreams, Lake Oswego. The room rises to a 20-foot vault behind a wall of arched steel glass. At that ceiling height an undersized fireplace disappears; the Verona's stepped mantel and deep return give the wall something to hold.
Interior design by BluePoint Design set the surround centered between two arched walnut alcoves, which left no tolerance in the layout — the cast stone had to land on the architecture's centerline and read as part of the millwork program rather than an object set against it. The hearth extension runs out onto the white oak in the same Natural Stone finish, honed, so the floor plane belongs to the fireplace.
No custom profile, no custom color. A catalog Verona on the standard six-week lead time, cast in Salem and shipped to Lake Oswego for a 5,890-square-foot show home. Proof that a standard model carries a room at this scale.
