Elite Homes — 2025 Street of Dreams
About the install.
Built for the 2025 Street of Dreams with Elite Homes and designer Carissa Roth. Two fireplaces inside: a custom wall in the great room, and a slim-profile fireplace in the bedroom set into the marble surround.
The exterior wraps it all together. Concrete countertops on the outdoor barbecue, matched cast stone benches alongside, and custom pool copings cut for the hot tub. Every exterior piece drawn from the same material library so the back of the house reads as one continuous installation.
Production ran on the Street of Dreams timeline — tight, with multiple custom pieces in parallel. The cast stone work shipped from Salem and installed alongside the rest of the build under one schedule.
