Cast stone is porous and develops subtle character over time. Variations in color, texture, and surface are part of the material — not defects.

  • Routine cleaning: soft cloth and warm water
  • Heavier stains: mild detergent, neutral pH only
  • Use felt pads under décor; place candles on trays
  • Reseal every two years with a penetrating sealer
  • Avoid acidic or alkaline products entirely

Como questions, answered.

What are the standard dimensions of the Como?
The Como ships in three sizes: Studio (64 × 48 in), Signature (68 × 52 in), and Grand (72 × 56 in). Width, height, and depth are customizable on request to fit your firebox opening. Send dimensions through the project form and we will quote the resize.
What colors are available on the Como?
Eight standard finishes: Italian White, Subtle Gray, Meadow Mist, Gentle Cream, Tuscan Light, Imperial Slate, Carbon Charcoal, and Natural Stone. Custom color matching is available on request. Order the $55 sample set first to approve the finish in person before we manufacture.
How long does production and delivery take?
Six weeks in production in Salem, Oregon, then 4 to 8 business days of FedEx Freight transit. Three-week expedited production is available at 35% above list.
Can the Como be installed by my contractor?
Yes. The surround arrives crated with installation drawings and a touch-up kit. Most general contractors install it in a half-day with two installers, with phone support throughout the install. In-person installation is included for projects across Oregon and Washington. See the install guide

What happens if the surround arrives damaged?
Each piece is heavy-duty crated for FedEx Freight. If damage occurs in transit, send a photo report within 48 hours of delivery. We file the claim with FedEx and remake the affected piece at no charge.
