River Road Villa
About the install.
Cast stone runs through this villa from the curb to the back office. Outside: a cast stone arch over the front entrance, 17 columns across the elevation, and minimalist custom window sills the architect drew to disappear into the wall.
Inside: a custom Newport in the bedroom, a Louis XV downstairs, and a custom Monaco in the office. Three fireplaces, three rooms, one consistent hand — each surround proportioned to its room and finished in the same family.
Light blocks, electrical blocks, and hose-bib blocks finish the exterior so every utility detail belongs to the same material program. The architectural language doesn't break at the fixture line.
